Data Deletion Instructions

YKTV LLC (“YKTV,” “we,” “us”) respects your right to control your personal data. If you have used one of our applications or signed in through a third-party platform such as Facebook, you may request that we delete the personal data associated with you. This page explains how.

Quick version: Email privacy@yktvllc.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address linked to your account, and we will delete your data within 30 days.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to privacy@yktvllc.com.
Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Send it from the email address associated with your account, or include the username / identifier you used so we can locate your data.
If you signed up through Facebook or another platform, mention which platform you used to sign in.

That's it. You do not need an account or password to make a request.

What Happens Next

We will confirm receipt of your request, usually within a few business days.
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner to protect your privacy.
We will permanently delete the personal data we hold about you, except information we are required to retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
We will confirm in writing once the deletion is complete — within 30 days of a verified request.

What Data Is Deleted

A verified deletion request removes the personal data associated with your account, which may include:

Profile information (such as name, email, and profile picture received from a sign-in provider).
Account and authentication records.
Usage and preference data tied to your account.

Deleting Data Tied to Facebook Login

If you used Facebook Login to access one of our apps, you can also remove our app's access to your Facebook information directly:

Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Select Apps and Websites.
Find the YKTV app in the list and click Remove.

Removing the app stops future data sharing. To also delete data we have already stored, please still email us using the steps above.
